Vision statement / Artistic goals: To perpetuate the tradition of Welsh, male, four-part vocal performance; the Choir is located on the Mornington Peninsula

Previous musical experience: Tom is a highly regarded choral conductor, currently directing the Australian Welsh Male Choir, Excelsis and the Mornington Peninsula Welsh Ladies choir; in addition to conducting, Tom is also an experienced and award-winning concert pianist, chamber musician and accompanist; in recent years he has given performances around Australia and internationally in New Zealand, Indonesia, the Philippines, England, Wales and Ireland; Tom also teaches piano at some of Melbourne's most prestigious schools, and is a published choral composer and arranger
Choir's past collaborations with other musical groups: Victoria Police Pipe Band, Millennium Festival of Massed Male Choirs (Cardiff, 2000), appearances At Royal Albert Hall UK, several appearances on various Australian television programs, concert appearances with Tom Jones and Max Boyce
