Previous musical experience: Katie Wardrobe is a qualified teacher and has worked in a variety of music and education-related workplaces, including Sibelius Australia and Orchestra Victoria; she has also worked as a freelance copyist, music arranger and transcriber for more than 20 years; Katie is currently a music technology trainer, consultant, blogger and podcaster with a passion for helping music teachers through her business, Midnight Music; Katie conducts hands-on professional development workshops throughout Australia and a popular series of online courses, focusing on incorporating technology into the music curriculum through a range of creative projects

Administration / Governance arrangements for the Choir: Hummingsong has a small dedicated team who manage musical resourcing, licencing and copyright, venue and facility management, and membership administration

Types of Committees: Each choir has some voluntary roles – a Choir Coordinator, Musical Section Leaders and Coordinators, and rosters for supper and meet & greet – to help things run smoothly at rehearsals and encourage their local choir community to flourish
