Previous musical experience: Katrina has run singing workshops and worked as a Music Director and Conductor, helping to unlock the voices of people aged 8 to 80+, and fostering a love of music and collaboration in group situations, since 1996; Katrina is passionate about this work as she has seen people from many different walks of life "beam" when they have joined together and expressed something of themselves through singing

Choir's past collaborations with other musical groups: MCC has collaborated with the Southern Area Concert Band and Bayside Community Choir 'Vocally Wild' for many years, performing at the yearly Bayside Carols at Dendy Park and in a joint concert at Kingston Town Hall every two years; Mosaic has also performed with the Windjammer Brass Quintet and regularly performs at local community events such as ANZAC Day, and for local community groups
