Vision statement / Artistic goals: Voices of Frankston formed in 2014 to provide people from the most marginalised groups of the community a safe space to build confidence, self-belief, have social interactions and reap the benefits that singing can provide; whether members have mental health issues, physical disabilities, or homelessness, all are welcomed to simply be themselves with no judgement
